Business Development & Solutions Associate
ARSO Solutions Lab is looking for a motivated, sales-focused person to help build relationships, identify business opportunities, and introduce local businesses to practical systems, automation, dashboards, and AI-assisted solutions.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys networking, talking with business owners, learning technology, and spotting operational problems that ARSO can help solve.
Responsibilities
- Build relationships with local businesses and organizations
- Identify operational pain points and improvement opportunities
- Generate leads and schedule discovery conversations
- Represent ARSO professionally in sales and networking conversations
- Help introduce ARSO services and products, including OccuBoard
- Explain software, automation, CRM, dashboard, and AI concepts in a non-technical way

- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Comfortable discussing technology and AI with non-technical business owners
- Basic computer knowledge and willingness to learn new tools
- Interested in business operations and how better systems save time

Compensation & Structure
- 1099 contract role
